FRONT OFFICE MANAGER AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER
Erin is the administrative manager and provides a solid and efficient working environment for our team, as well as a professional and courteous client centred experience for our patients.
She grew up in Huntsville, after which she went to Loyalist College for Medical Administration, graduating with Honours. She has years of experience working in the healthcare industry as an administrative lead.
Outside of the clinic, Erin stays active by hiking, swimming, cardio strength training, and fishing. She is an artist, and experiments with different mediums. When she isn’t exploring her artistic side, Erin loves traveling and experiencing s all that our world has to offer.
JESSY-LEE WILSON
FRONT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
Jessy-Lee grew up in Uxbridge, and moved to the Muskoka area after graduating with a business diploma in Outdoor Adventure from Algonquin College. She prides herself on being a great and active listener, and many would say that she is unconditionally kind, with her kindness stemming from being strong, courageous, patient and understanding. A quote that she lives by is “Wherever you are. Be totally there”.
While she loves to curl up with a good sci-fi book, or tackle a board game, she loves being outdoors canoeing, SUPing, hiking, swimming, and practicing yoga.
